The Greater Brisbane Growth Areas are within the South East Queensland’s regional plan defined by The State of Queensland (State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning). It is governed by Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council, Logan City Council & Moreton Bay Regional Council. The major expansion areas include Park Ridge, Ripley, Yarrabilba, Flagstone, Springfield & Rosewood.
