Sunshine Coast Growth Areas: 133 Estates [April 2025]

The Sunshine Coast Growth Areas are within the South East Queensland’s regional plan defined by The State of Queensland (State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning). It is governed mainly by Sunshine Coast Council. The major expansion areas include Palmview, Caloundra South, Beerwash East, Nambour etc.
