Given gas relocations are the first item required for the construction of Francis Street the subject land will be required to be vested as road reserve before any works commence on the relevant section of Francis street. It will be necessary for Council and DOT consider the necessary permit conditions to allow the subject land to be vested as road prior to works commencing. | Planning Permit | ||
